In your iTero account, navigate to Settings → Favorite Labs.
Add our lab partner ID 414487, or contact Align Technology directly to connect us.
Complete the digital Rx and select Send to transmit your scans and case data.
We confirm receipt and begin processing. No analog conversion required.

Log in to your 3Shape Communicate account.
Go to More → Settings → Connections → Labs → Add.
Search admin@creativedentalstudio.ca and click Connect to send us a request.
After approval, transmit scans. For complex cases we share a 3D preview for your sign-off before fabrication.
Medit
Medit
Log in to your Medit account at meditlink.com and go to the Partners section.
Search for Creative Dental Studio GTA by entering our lab email admin@creativedentalstudio.caand send a partnership request.
Once approved, select us as your lab when completing the digital Rx form.
Transmit scans. We confirm receipt and follow up same day if anything is needed.

CEREC / Primescan
Visit connectcasecentre.com and log in or create an account.
In the side menu, select My Favourite Contractor under Partner.
Click Search Contractor, type Creative Lab Studio in the Name field, leave other fields blank, then click Search.
Click the + button next to our name to add us. Upload digital files and submit.
